Description of Benefits / Services
Income assistance to retired or disabled veterans who served in a wartime period. Also for widows of veterans who served during wartime.
Requirements
- If under 65, must be totally and permanently disabled by VA definition and meet income levels.
- If over 65 and unemployed, can be eligible without disability requirements but must meet income limits.
