Description of Benefits / Services
Provides homemaking and attendant care services to enable persons to remain in their homes. Clients who are most vulnerable to nursing home placement will receive highest priority.
Requirements
- Age 60 or older
- Need services to remain in own home
- Must be screened for eligibility before receiving services
- Persons pay according to ability (sliding fee scale)
