Description of Benefits / Services

Medical assistance for persons unable to meet their medical needs.  Persons whose income is above the limits but have, or will incur, large medical expenses may receive partial assistance.

Requirements

• Age 65 or blind or disabled
• Monthly income limits:  Single $495;  Couple $495
• Resource limits:  Single $2,000;  Couple $3,000;  qualified funeral plan of $5,000; prepaid funeral merchandise.
