Description of Benefits / Services
Assistance in the form of coupons to help pay utility bills.
Requirements
- Monthly gross income limits: Single $1,127; Couple $1,517
- Utility bills must be in name of adult household member or landlord.
- Must show receipts for payment on at least tow out of the last three utility bills.
