Requirements
- Must pass screening for activities of daily living
- Resource limit: $2,000
- Monthly gross income: $798 (may qualify if income higher but could have "Client Obligation")
- SSI recipients automatically eligible
- One of a couple may become eligible by doing Division of Assets.
- Subject to Estate Recovery.
