Description of Benefits / Services

  • Vision card, equivalent to cash for the purchase of food.
  • Up to $200 for eligible single person.
  • Up to $367 for eligible couple.

Requirements

  • Maximum gross monthly income:  Single $1,127; Couple $1,517
  • Resource limit - $2,000; $3,000 if at least one person age 60.  Net income adjustments:  20% gross wages; $134 standard deduction; medical expenses over $35; $300 shelter and/or $189 utilities allowance (no more than actual costs)
