- Provides eye care for senior citizens 65+ who have not seen an ophthalmologist in at least 3 years.
- Does not cover hospital charges, prescription drugs or eye glasses.
Requirements
- Age 65 or over
- US citizen or legal resident
- Not receiving services from VA
