Monthly income for the well spouse, when one spouse needs nursing home care. Subject to Estate Recovery
Requirements
- Married couple with one person needing nursing home OR Home and Community Based Services
- Income and/or resources are combined and the well spouse may keep $1,750 to $2,739 of the income and $21,912 to $109,560 of the resources (assuming this much is available)
