Caregiver Support Program

funded by Older Americans Act through the Administration on Aging

Description of Benefits / Services

Information, assistance, training, respite care and supplemental services such as attendant care, bathroom items, chore services and homemaker services.

Requirements

The care receiver must be 60 years of age or older and a need for assistance must exist.
